You don't have to. It's a nonissue. Google could
care less. They are smart enough to know
what to show in SERPs, and to delete them
for most blog programs takes a bit of programming.

Repeat: It's a nonissue. Most people go gaga over
stuff that does not matter. They misquote google.

When google talks about adsense on noncontent
pages, they are emphasizing blank pages with nothing
but adsense ads. Fooling the visitor into thinking
they are on a content page. Has little to do
with standard pages that come on websites.

And I've said this many times. If "no content" privacy
pages, etc. are a problem, why not add a little "content"?
      Problem solved.

If people were learning simple ways of hand coding,
these problems would go away. Very, very simple
to make a site, easy to update, with learning just
      a few lines of code.

If you were disappointed in your results today, lower your standards tomorrow.
