Hello Forum Members ,Last night i was heard about new update from Google Panda ,What was that .What is target now .Is content have much more importance .Is it about use of content only one place .

    Content has and always WILL be important. And when I say important, I'm not talking about pleasing Google with the h1 h2 h3 bolding this italicizing that, inner linking this, anchor text that, blah blah blah.

    Just have good content. Simple as is. Content that people will enjoy reading.

    unique and fresh content is important for your site..According to this panda 3.9 update only one percentage of the search results has been affected..So give more importance to the content of your site..

    Panda 3.9 is the new version of Google's Panda update, which is the update of their ranking algorithm.

    In general, Panda is (from Wikipedia):

    "aimed at downranking websites that provide poor user experience. To identify such websites, a machine-learning algorithm by Navneet Panda was used, hence the name. The algorithm follows the logic by which Google's human quality raters determine a website's quality."

    Of course, Google will not tell you how exactly it determines whether your website is good-quality or not.

    BTW, just to clarify a common misconception, Matt Cutts has explicitly said that they DON"T use Google Analytics data (such as traffic to your site, time on site, bounce rates, etc.) in their ranking algorithm.

    Also, the general sentiment about Panda 3.9 seems mild. Not that many people are reporting changes, which is a good thing.

      I'm with Hearn, Cutts may have said that GA stats do not play into the Panda update itself, but as for the overall algo, I've got to believe those stats are important as objective measures of a sites user friendliness (or lack thereof). However, to paly devil's advocate, not all sites that rank well even have GA installed.

      It seems that Panda incorporated other more subjective measures by allowinga team of 'humans' to interact with and rate all sites based on certain preset criteria.

    Panda update certainly reinforced the importance of quality content and that spammy links are now penalized by google search engine. It brought the awareness of the 'organic' nature of seo. It's a daily struggle to come up with fresh content constantly for me at least.
