Adsense noob difficulties

Hi all. Some time ago I started an Adsense account for my first blog (view it in the signature). For some reason the CTR is pretty low (0.2%) with about 100-120 unique daily visitors. Can you look at the blog and tell me what to do in order to get better results with the Adsense (ads relevance, positioning, colors and other factors)? Thanks in advance.

    Change adsense ads to text only, and embed adsense inside the article using this code.

    Press control button and f key at the same time and a search box will appear in the top right hand corner , Look for <div class='post-header-line-1'/> than insert the code below, replace the xxxx with your adsense pub ID.
