Hey all, I want to have that widget on the right side similar to this site

The Social Newspaper

I'm having trouble with it. I go to the FB developers page to set it up. It's given me to codes

      It's a plugin. Look at that social newspaper site and it has that widget on the right side with people's pictures on FB that liked the page. That's what I'm trying to figure out but having a tough time.
