My adsense account was banned awhile back for someone clickbombing me. Grrr! Anyways, is it true that I can open another one under a new email under business?

    You can submit new account with another name and email.

    you need to create another account with another email ,and with another ip after that it will not get ban, and even try to verify account by any other website that you have used earlier.
