What link checker is best for Mac users?

I am using Integrity to check my links, but it can only scan 1 level deep. I want to find a link checker similar to Xenu Link Sleuth (except a version that will work on a Mac), but this is proving very difficult. Can anyone suggest something? Is there an online link checker I can use that will allow me to download results as an XLS?
