How To Work With Offline Retailers Without An Affiliate Program

One of my sites is targeted at local retailers selling consumer electronics. They do not have a existing affiliate program. Most customers also prefer to pay in cash, after testing the product on-site at the retailer's.

What do you think is the best way to monetize my site with the local retailers?

    You said they do not have an affiliate program so how would you be able to make money advertising for them? You would have to work that out with them because otherwise there would be no way to prove you gave them a lead.. for offline a common way is there will be a coupon or something alike the people on your site can print that also has your affiliate # and they take that to the store. The only problem is the store has to offer some kind of incentive for people to actually print it otherwise why would the consumer bother.

      That's exactly my issue. I am thinking of how I can solve it for my niche.
