seo hosting for blogs?

Hi,
I was would like to create a network of blogs that have anchor links back to my site.
I know I can use a service like SEOhost, which allows hosting across 5- 100 ip addresses. However,if i use a service like Blogger which is hosted on Google servers, could i still build my network of blogs on there and have no problem because they are just all on Google servers. Should i change any relevant information when creating these accounts?

    Best advice I can give to you is use proper seo methods. So called "SEO" hosting is a waste of IP addresses.
