Google isn't indexing my site. Please help

Hi, I am a newbie in the world of website building. I registered my first domain in March 2012 and built a website on it. Everything was cool and my content was being indexed by Google and other search engines.
Then in previous month, I decided to change the topic of my website, and deleted whole web pages. I decided to rebuild the site on Biodiversity Conservation of my area, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakista, because I am a student of BS. Hons Plant Sciences. As I am using Google Webmaster Tools from beginning, I deleted my whole site from Google index. My domain name disappeared from the search results but now, I am submitting the sitemap of my new site (on same domain) and also fetched home page and some other pages using Webmaster Tools, but still Google is not indexing my site. I am frustrated. Please help..

    you may help google to index your site. Ping-o-Matic!, and search for ping in the forum and net.

    maybe these sites solve your problem .

      I am guessing it is the domain in the signature.

      Did you do anything naughty with the site before?
      I can see you have a few links to it so it should really be indexed by now.

      I did site;heavengb.com in Google and you can see links from Facebook, and a few other places.

      I would imagine a link from here would get it indexed fast. Try putting it into

      Is My Domain Indexed - Check To See If Your Site Is Indexed In The Search Engines

      As they may help, otherwise do some more tweets and see if that helps.

        To be honest i dont think its much to worry about. I get the impression that Google crawls new site slower since Pander and Peguin updates. It took me a good month to properly get listed in Google and even pinning my site took about a week or two for google to reponde, 3 months on and things seem a little different. I just would not worry and wait a while if it does not happen in 2 weeks then start to get worried.

        Yeah, I have written it as my signature to put it on this forum. I checked it in the link you provided. It says that my site has been indexed by Google. I'll wait and see

      Thank you all for suggestions, I'll try more backlinking and will wait for Google to index my site and Dmeirx, the plugin is not compatible with Firefox 13.

    Start by backlinking more. Ping o matic is good but dont do it to often as that will hurt your site.

    Just wait it out, it will pick up. Usually social signals does the job.

    Optimize your website for search engines and then submit a sitemap using google webmaster tools.
    I have checked your website home page has error of missing a meta description closing tag and fauna.html is missing keywords closing tags. Please check all meta tags for all pages as these tags will help the search engines to understand of your website. check all meta tags and title. Also check the robots.txt file is exist in root folder of your website if its exist then check if robots.txt file is blocking the crawler to index pages or alternatively you should add
    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX,NOFOLLOW"> tags as well. and resubmit the sitemap to google. Hope this will help to get your website index with google. Alternatively you also send your sitemap to other search engines like bing, yahoo etc.

    Why did you delete your full website? You can start another new one. Anyway, after developing a new one, you need to wait to get the site indexed. No matter. Keep building link and it will be indexed by Google.
