Getting Started With Adsense Questions

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.
I'm just getting started with blogging and website creation and have a couple questions.

I feel I have an unclear idea of how to implement adsense and amazon affiliate banners, links etc.

I have seen a youtube video where someone was building a quick blog and then just dropping his adsense, amazon, ebay and closing with remarks saying how he builds about five sites like this a day.

I am under the impression that in applying for adsense and amazon, that your page is "reviewed" for suitability and applicability.

If this is so, than how do people build new pages for adsense ads with seemingly no review process?

Is it that once you have one approved page, you can start using addsense/amazon on new, non-reviewed pages?

Since I'm just beginning, I'll likely make mistakes and don't want to mess anything up with google during my learning process.

So, in short, my question is:
How do people with multiple webpages and blogs implement adsense/amazon?

Are all the sites reviewed?

    if you don`t already have an account then create a good site with at least 5 pages of content and then apply for an adsense account

    once your in you can then just create banners, and text ads

    you can create as many as you want

    you won`t actually get every one of your pages reviewed that has adsense but you of course still need to do everything correctly because othewise you could lose your account

    once you hit some good numbers in adsense your account may get a manual review, this is what has happened to a lot of people

    initially i would just build one adsense blog, its far easier to maintain
