Facebook Like quality analysis tool

As social linking becomes more important I've been purchasing more and more facebook likes/shares, tweet, g+1 link packages.
The thing people aren't talking about is that many of this services are just using fake accounts created by bots. I pretty certain google can see through these (if not now then soon) and I expect their SEO value to be minimal and may even have negative effects.
Does anyone know of any tools or services to analyse the quality of likes, shares, tweets which are pointing to a particular website or page? E.g. How many friends, followers that account has.
There must be a way of doing this as in my SocialADR dashboard, when I get a like, tweet it breaks down the stats for that account - how many followers, friends etc...
Very happy to pay for any tool or service which does this.
