      You can go through directory critic, vmoptions, web-directory.ws, ekg directory etc.These list are really helpful and full of high page rank directory websites.

      I would suggest just doing a google search. Most of the tool directories or website like directories are the best, but the majority of directories are just not worth adding your website to. Plus if you plan to do so check there google ranking first as they could hurt you ranking.

        What should be their minimum page rank? And what do you mean by tool directories?
