Tier 2+3 backlinks - question

Hey
I just bought these tools :https://www.uniquearticlewizard.com and rssbot...I need it to create tier 2 backlinks.
The question is if should I create tier 2 backlinks for the backlinks I already create in the last couple of months - will it help to my ranking OR should I just create tier 2 backlinks that I will create each day from now?

    Building backlinks to your previous backlinks will definitely help with ranking. Building backlinks to them doesn't only help improve your rankings but can help get your backlinks indexed by Google and that would give you a boost.
