I posted on the Google forums, and I'm getting answers that are baffling me.

    People answering on Google forums are Google freaks, if you say you have a problem with your website they will find other 20 problems before posting a helpful answer to your question.

    About your robots.txt file - I see now you fix it.
    Now you should remove unwanted content from withing Google Webmaster Tools. You don't have to remove each url at a time, you can enter entire directories for removal:

    In the removal request tool you enter for example /wp-content/plugins and then select "Remove directory".
