An IP address can be written in format A.B.C.D where the A, B, C and
    D are numbers between 0 and 255.

For example two IP address 199.25.65.20 and 199.25.14.1 are different
in "class C" and "class D" sections and two IP address 176.11.23.80 and
25.17.8.5 are different in class A, class B, class C and class D sections.

Host servers are assigned a range of IP. For example hosting company A
can have a range of 33.10.6.0 through 33.10.6.255 and another hosting
company B, can have a range of IPs 89.10.45.0 through 89.10.45.255.

Two IP addresses that have a different B class IP addresses, are less
probable to have been hosted by the same server rather than two IP
addresses that have a different C class IP addresses.

You can also roughly measure the Server distances by measuring this
weighted class IP differences into account.

Thank you for your helpful answer but still i have a question. I see that A class IP are more expensive then C class IP.

WHY? How a A Class IP help me better in SEO then a C class IP?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Class A supports 16 millions of valid IP addresses while class B supports
65,000 valid IP addresses. So by comparision, class A, is more diversified
than class B. Other than that, there's no more difference between
    IP classes and their quality.

The only people who pays more money for class A IPs are those who heard
about SEO and want more diversified IP addresses. But keep in mind that
such diversity isn't necessarily a true belief.

You can buy a Mercedes Benz but that doesn't mean necessarily you are a
    good driver.

You can buy from a big hosting company a diversified IP address but that
doesn't mean necessarily you are a good webmaster.

That's all there is to it.

good advice there! normally A/B Class IP's are used for traffic sites and the C-Class is best for doorway pagers.

Class C hosting, because in your example:
      65.10.55.45 - The C Octet=55
      65.10.222.95 - The C Octet=222
      65.10.89.7 - The C Octet=89
      65.10.23.68 - The C Octet=23
The A and B octets are all the same

CIDR replaced classful IP addressing in 1993. CIDR stands for Classless Inter-Domain Routing. Class A, B ,C , whatever, mean nothing anymore. Marketing scheme and nothing more.

Many people confuse this A.B.C.D as "classing" an IP. Those letters are nothing more than "placeholders" for describing the Octets.

You dont really need to know.

It's only important if you are buying domains and building your own blog network for link building purposes. So many people over complicate the issue.

If you are looking for a good host that does this, i use SEO Host. Good luck.

    Totally agree with Kingfish85

Network Classes are ancient. If the Internet didn't start using CIDR, we would have run out of IP addresses years ago.

In terms of hosting, Class A, B & C are purely marketing terms.
