my website not ranking

I don't know why but my site is not ranking well on Google. I have 24 unique posts and each post has more then 300 words in it.

my site is: 41 days old.

any suggestions on how to improve my rankings will be highly appreciated.

    But are you use SEO Plugins?

    Try this:
    - Build Quality Backlinks
    - Add SEO Plugin to your website
    - Add SEO Optimized articles
    - Ping your site - Important!
    - Send RSS Feeds

      thanks for your suggestion but I am not a newbie so I know which plugins to use and which back-links to build. I have created many successful website in the past but this one is not working. that's why I was asking for help.

    It would be take some time because your website is totally fresh and your website has no domain authority and page authority as well so get good quality backlinks after that you will rank good in google.

    well, it depends on the competition. Since it's only 41 days old, and you don't have an exact match domain name, the it could take a long time.

    I think 41 days is less a time for any site to get ranking, unless it is a super-duper hit and something which has a very unique niche. I just got to Page 0 ranking (mind you, my site ranks at 0/10 now instead of 'page not ranked by google') in about 40 days but is staying there eversolong on 0 and after having quite some content, articles built around it with backlinks, SEO and submission to Google webmasters.

    There are several reasons why your site will not rank on the search engines such as:

    1. Plagiarism content. You can't just say your content is unique, check them out on copyscape and Google.

    2. Low or over optimization. Keep your keyword density lower than 3%. Have your keywords in the title, descrition, tags and body. After penguin, I barely optimize my image/picture.

    3. Poor anchor targeting am low quality back links.

    4. Your site is new, remember we are in 2012 where there have been a lot of algo changes lately.

    Fix the above and you will be fine.

    be patient.it takes time for google to really understand your blog. just continue building backlinks from high pr sites and also make sure the topics on your site are well connected. target longtail keywords.

    I totally understand - I've been experiencing the same with all my new sites over the last 2 months. I am writing post after post with good quality backlinks, but I'm not even touching the top 100 in SERPs. It's difficult because you don't want to spend more and more time on a website that may not ever recover (unless you scrap all content and start again).
