Hi I`m looking some PPC networks to advertise in as Adwords is getting too expensive.
Any advise ?

I only take facebook PPC for my second option. Google Adwords is getting expensive that is why we need to search for more niche keywords to target.

I've seen adcenter coming out quite well recently. Are they as picky as adsense? G has been doing a lot of cleaning lately.

There truly is no alternative to delivering what Google is able to so your best bet is to increase your bottom line to support the increase in Google prices or manipulate your on-site Seo and add click through rate to decrease the costs.

  Does Google rate your campaigns, slowing those that prove useless and speeding those that are converting?

Facebook and I believe Yahoo have programs that work, but you need to be extra careful when picking out keywords and Facebook is strickly no CPA or anything like that.
