Good experiences with SEO VAs?

Has anyone had a good experience with hiring full-time virtual assistants for SEO? I've looked through the forum/google and haven't been able to put my finger on much.
Where I've looked:
I've used oDesk a lot for web development but I dont really have any faith in my ability to hire the best candidate for a SEO-VA from there. Anyone have success there?
I looked in the warriors for hire section and found linkbuildingservices. Has anyone used this service (or one like it)? I didn't see any post-panda-penguin reviews.
Basically, I want to hire someone to work full-time building links to pages of my site as I add them. Every page has 2 keywords.
any recommendations as far as recommended companies, individuals, countrys/areas to hire from, etc would be greatly appreciated.
