hello guys !

i wanna to change my script on my website so the URLs too ! it's so important to use a 301 redirect option but i have no idea about that! please any advices to avoid error's crawls ! is there any method to how to use 301 redirect ?

    thank you gwbitsolution for your reply ! please can you tell me how to use 301 redirect ? i mean how to redirect a.html to b.html using a 301 redirect ? is it from htaccess or some php pages or some thing else ?

    You can use the Pretty link plugin for 301 redirects (in case you're using Wordpress).

    There's also an option for 307 redirects.

      If you're using Wordpress, install the plugin Trevor told you about. However, if you want to do it through .htaccess, here's a good tutorial on it: www[dot]tamingthebeast[dot]net/articles3/spiders-301-redirect[dot]htm

    If your website hosted on linux server then you can use .htacess to redirect your page but if you are using windows server then you can use canonical tag for identical pages and for redirection you can use following tutorial http://www.submitawebsite.com/blog/2...ws-server.html
