Ultimate Niche Finder - Difficulty Rating

Hi,

I have been using UNF to look for keywords and analyse competition/searches etc and I have found the difficulty rating often changes quite quickly. For instance there was one keyword that yesterday was coming up as easy and today is coming up as hard, I have noticed this on a few occasions.

Has anybody else noticed this?
