You can try ping them, or putting the backlinks on a high pagerank page.......but nothing is guaranteed.

You should not care to much about indexing your backlinks fast....let them come in a natural flow, let google find them on its own.....

you can index back links by pinging them but it is process in which how times search engine takes is not known.

I'll copy what craig11 says. Additionally, the simplest and may be the most funniest solution is to build backlinks for backlinks to get them indexed. SIMPLE

there is no way to get your backlinks indexed within 24 hours,however backlinks from high pr pages are indexed fast.however creating backlinksof the backlinks is a very good way get your backlinks indexed fast and secondly it creates your one tier backlinks more powerful one.

Do not try something extra if you want to index baclinks. Ping them once. Search engines will be notified about it and will index your backlinks shortly.
