Cheapest and best backlinking method IMO is sponsoring a WP theme with some popular wptheme sites. The cost is around $50 to $100 and that's a lifetime backlink...

1 theme can generate thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of backlink pages from other different sites...

  Pick a wptheme site that does not allow their themes to be installed in adult sites. Anyhow, that wouldn't affect I think...
