Too Many Backlinks?

Hey guys first post here.
My question is if I use a backlink generator like the ones that generate 500+ and so on is it okay to link it to my main site and not my articles. it's a really good keyword so i don't wanna get deindexed for it and it'll be my first site.sorry if this info is posted somewhere else.

    Don't use a backlink generator. It's not quantity but quality.

    It would look so unnatural to have 500 links at 1 hit. Use tiered pyramid link building strategy if you are using a tool and always control your tools since it can bring penalty to your site once it is not used properly.

    As was stated, focus on quality not quantity- stay away from mass backlink generators, they will not do you any good.

    Also wanted to know as far as bog commenting should I aim for blogs with higher page ranks or ones that are more closely related to my keyword?

      For me I prefer commenting on blogs that are related to my niche. At the end, it's the quality and relevancy of your backlink that matters, not the quantity.

        Hey, Please don't use backlink generator because its not a natural way. Its totally unethical way to get plenty of backlinks on just 1 hit which is harmful for websites. Do it manually for better quality.

    Quality to your main site, quantity to your tiers.

    If you're in low competition niches you may not even need to do much tiered link building.

      Getting 500 backlinks a day will look unnatural in the eyes of major search engines. In addition, using a backlink generator is quite risky. It is better to build quality links manually, even if it will take you more time to accomplish this task and get the results you expect.

    Relevancy is always more dominant than PR. If you comment on a blog about computers, and your niche is cooking, Google will give you no credit because there not related.
