Do I have a chances in raking this keyword in google?

Hello, warriors!! I have a client in business industry who wants to rank top1 in google.com. Currently it's ranking in 14th position and there is only two main websites which are above it and have heavy backlinks, page rank and domain age. Like one having pr 4 and domain is 16 year old, second is bizbuyshell dot com, its having page rank 6 and more than one hundred thousand links.
If you could just see the keyword position and tell me what is the chances of bringing it in top1, what strategy I should apply on this keyword

    What are you using to check the links of bizbuyshell? I do not see anywhere near that many.

      I use domain-pop dot com site to check links and domain history they tell mostly things which i need to know.

    If you just check on Ahrefs or majestic you will know how many baclinks they have!

      Actually, no you won't. No backlink checker shows you all of the backlinks that are out there.

      That is why I asked the question because I am seeing far different numbers in 4 different backlink checkers than what the OP posted.

    It was also 14th for me, given local and news results came up as well.
    The other results are just indirect results. You can do it in time.

    You are number 4 at my end...

    A big chunk of your main competitor's backlinks seem to come from ft dot com.
    It looks like you'll need a ton more backlinks to outrank them.
