Newbie to adsense

Hi guys, this is my first post so go easy. I am new to this have made money online through ebay before but got banned by paypal for an unknown reason so I want to try something new. I have been looking at adsense sites for a bit now but wouldn't know where to start. I have been on freelancer.com and found someone who can build me a niche site guaranteed to make me $10-15 a day in adsense for $300, and I don't make payment till the site is making money... is this too good to be true and would it be a good idea to buy this site and use it to learn from

    Hey,

    I think I stumbled upon that person on Freelancer the other day, too - What you should do is take a look at the feedback that person has gotten so far and you can also contact the people that have hired the person and ask them whether it was a good investment that they'd made and whether the AdSense site they ordered is making them money still.

      Learn to build your own sites. It really isn't difficult in Wordpress. There really is a lot of free information out there to get you started.

        I do want to learn how to build my own sites but when I saw this advert for the site I thought I could use that as a sort of template to use and build upon, all the feedback on freelancer seems to be good and we have discussed the site on msn, the trade is all done by escrow and they only release payment once the site is earning. One thing that concerns me is she says it will only need seo once a year and there is no need for new content, surely this can't be good for a site

      How can I make money online with seo, unless I start selling a service. I'm not looking to get rich quick or anything like that I just want to do this because its something that interests me
      I read other posts that say its easy to make an adsense site that generates $20 a day. I'm not even looking to do that $5 would be enough at first then i want to teach my self how to improve this
