I don't think you can filter out the PAST visits you did, but you can eliminate your future visits from tracking you from doing the following:
    1. go to whatismyip.com to get your ip address and write it down.
    2. log into you analytics and select to view the stats of the site you want to filter.
    3. on the upper right side of your screen, click on "Admin" in the Orange Bar
    4. Select the "filters" tab in the middle of the screen (it's below the drop down box with your website)
    5. select "+New Filter"
    6. Enter a filter name like "My Home IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xx" I usually put the ip in the name so I can see it at a glance. My home ISP sometimes changes my home IP during updates.
    7. You can use the predefined filter and in the drop downs select the following:
"Exclude", "Traffic From The IP Addresses" , "That are equal to"
    8. You should be able to enter your IP address in the boxes that appear
    9. Then hit save.

I usually enter my cell phone IP too and if I work often in another location I add that IP as well.

    I hope this helps!
