Local Keyword Volume Tool

Hey all, I'm looking for a tool that gives me keyword volume for a specific radius. For example, i want to find out how many searches the keyword "plumber" gets in San Diego within a 75 mile radius. IS there any tools out there that give this data?

    I don't think there is a tool who can give you this info other than Google.
    Since in adword campaign you can choose to target to a specific city in any location in the world. So they do have this data but it will be extremely hard to get accurate info as you seek without having the access to Google servers which they obviously not sharing this info.

    You can get close to something like that by using a tool like Market Samurai and searching for "San Diego Plumber" but I don't know if you can do much more then that. But you could refine that search by using key words like "San Diego 'area' " and synonyms of such search's it might help a little.
