googlepositioncheck.com , it can check ranking in first 1000 results..sometimes server is little slow..

Mine has to be RankTracker which comes part of the SEO Powersuite package which in itself is a superb set of tools that I use daily.

One piece of advice though is if your using proxies to check your rankings,avoid SquidProxies. They have caused issues in every piece of rank checking software I have used and since using BuyProxies everything is fantastic.

I've been using serpfox for about 2 months atm and I'm quite happy with it. It does tracking with notifications and scheduled PDF reports.

  RankTracker is not using any local IP's anymore and thus showing very skewed results. Before they did but somehow it doesn't work like that anymore, I always loved the tool but after I found out I dumped it right away.
