Affiliate Prophet Keyword format

Hi guys,
Not sure if i've got the right area to post this in, so sorry if it's in the wrong area...
I'm using Affiliate Prophet for my tracking, and SpeedPPC for setting up my adwords campaigns. I notice that when uploading the kw's from Affiliate Prophet into the offline adwords editor, it formats them into a campaign per kw (unless i'm doing it wrong).
Was wondering what i need to do to input the kw list into only 1 campaign, and then 1 adgroup per kw, similar to the way speedppc does it.
Alternatively, does anyone have any advice on how they structure their kw's in adwords with Affiliate Prophet kw setup?

p.s they are working on a solution to this problem over at the affiliate prophet forum, so i'm just looking for a workaround that someone may have come up with?
