Step 1. Google for related sites.
Step 2. whois the domain
Step 3. Call them and ask for a link.

ps: You'll need link bait.. an incentive for them to go to the trouble of adding a link on their site to yours.

Sound like work? Sure.
Are most people willing to put in the work? No.

You'll find some cheap people on Scriptlance that can do the job for you.

use google to find domains... like use searching tags like inurl: "" or like something "powered by wordpress" then ur niche and so on with other scripts

All I did was write articles in places like ezinearticles.com and place links back to my sites and it works really well over time.

The only thing this will cost you is your time. It does take work that is for sure.

You could always search for relevant blogs and make positive comments with a link back to your site.
