Just want to say thank you to the warrior forum

Like the title reads I just want to take the time out to say thank you. If it wasn't for me making that thread on how to make a full time living using adsense and long tail phrases I would never have received all the advice from you guys.

Shortly after making that thread I was hit with the unnatural links notice which resulted in the loss of my entire online income. Afterwards I made another thread explaining what happen , and in that thread I received a ton of advice on what to do or how to recover.

After the loss of my income I did try to build one big authority site in my old niche but something was wrong with it, long story anyways after that didn't work out I almost quit IM.

The only reason I stuck around was the warrior forum. I just realized today that I didn't take IM seriously back when I actually made money, it wasn't until I lost everything that I started looking into IM on a deeper level.

Now I consider this to be my career, and I know in the near future I'll be back to making good money again, but this time I'm much more involved than before. Testing what ranks sites and what does't , will play a big part, also testing both amazon and adsense will be another thing I'll focus on.

This whole thread came out wrong, I ended up rambling instead of saying what I wanted to say. This is why I out source my content lol.
Anyways thank you, if it wasn't for you guys helping me, I would have went back to doing something I don't even like just to make a living. I quit the force for a reason, and every other job that I've had, IM is the only thing I see myself doing, this is my career now, not just some "internet thing" as I use to refer to it.

    You're welcome..

*laughs* Okay seriously, I am so new I know I did not help and in fact read your posts regularly in an effort to learn. I have been lucky and since starting adsense at the beginning of the year I have taken it seriously, though I will admit I probably have slower results then most but my pages as grown and earning income above and beyond my desired rate.

I do wish you luck on your future "more serious" outlook on things

My goal is to develop a method of ranking sites and making money so that I can share it with you, most are so secretive about there techniques , I don't understand why.

If you give me some tips on how to rank a site, and your in the automotive niche and I'm in sports niche, how would that affect you, I see no reason not to help those who need guidance.

Some senior members, not all, but some don't answer your questions, or give a answer that reads like a riddle instead of just telling you the answer in layman's terms. It would make me happy to see other people reach their goals, this is a big part of why I'm about to do so much testing, so I know what works first hand.

I will be reporting my progress on a private forum, if you want a invite just pm, or send message on fb. I'll never keep knowledge away from you guys, what I know you'll know. There's so much spam threads that it seems like the learning process has been lowered , newbies don't know who to listen to, or where to start, and that' s a shame.

There are so many marketers that spam the internet because they just don't know any better, I know because I've done it myself, I once sent 2,000 auto approve blog comments to my ultrasound site 2 weeks after I made it, some how it survive that, I was lucky.

I just want to help people who are in the same situation. There will never be any WSOs from me, I will never sell anything through affiliate links ,everything will always be free.

Mate there's nothing wrong with sharing etc , I always try to help and answer when questions are reasonable , but spoon feeding is a short term deal.

Most of the people which are succesful in ranking hard stuff keeps their methods private ,

    A) because they eat with their methods and sharing some stuff on pubblic boards will results in a super fast method rape.

    B) most of us invest and invested big money and time in trying different methods to see what works and what doesn't work and most of us keep investing every day to stay behind Google etc

    C) Pubblic boards are full of parasites which are just lurking and leeching around waiting for someone who does the job for them.

I hope you got the point here and good luck with your plan. (:

We've never spoken before now, but I was planning on contacting you for seo work. I saw Niko say you know your stuff. As far as everything you said, your right, if I told everybody hey this is how you rank site easy, someone would probably make a WSO out of the information I provided or everyone would use that method until it became popular enough for google to notice and put a stop to it.

I would like to help the masses, but you have a valid point, so I suppose those who truly want to learn could pm, or maybe I'll make my own private blog/forum where I show a select few what I'm doing.

Doing what you really like is priceless - It really sucks to do something you dislike just to make a living (speaking from experience).

You have made a wise step in that you are now treating IM seriously - Because that's the right approach. To build a sustainable online business, you have to treat it like a business.

You got that right, the funny thing about IM is you and everyone around you treat it as a real business when your making money, but when your not making money it's just some "internet thing" your doing lol.

Treating it like a real business no matter what is the key, through ups and downs. Even though I'm not making money now I'm sure that will change soon, as will family and friends disapproval of what I do.

Having a real 9 to 5, everybody understands, steering at a computer screen 8 hours a day, and your broke, nobody understands, until you bring in money, than everybody is like what do you do online again.

For some people its like making money form a laptop and an internet connection is impossible.

And it disappoints when they are people whom you are bound to listen. Ahh my parents , they still curse me for not sitting my campus placements.

But hey i earn more than what my fellas from college do but for some people it still means nothing.
That's just how people are, as a policemen my family was proud of me, as a internet marketer, they all think I through a way a good career. Police are a-holes, I understand why now, dealing with the general public everyday makes you that way, that's why I quit.

It's rare to earn money doing something you like, I feel fortunate to have found something I like doing, plus I don't have to risk my life doing it :0 .

It's like that with most things in life. If a guy is a cook at a restaurant people aren't impressed, If the same guy owns the restaurant, everyone's impressed.

The biggest thing for me working online is the independence to do what I enjoy doing, whenever I want. Plus I can work anyplace in the world I want as long as I have an internet connection, most people don't have that luxury.

It is difficult to make that transition from off-line 9-5 job to working on-line for yourself, you have to retrain the way you think, about earning money. It's not an 8 hour work day anymore, it's 24 hours of opportunity.
