Selling on Flippa

If you are planning to buy or sell a website, you probably already heard about Flippa. It is the largest online marketplace for websites. Most people who list a website for sale there, however, end up selling it for peanuts or not selling at all.

Yep it's possible.

If you build 200 sites a month and each site makes like $10/month, then you can sell them for $20.000,-, so comes down to $5000/week. Some people even get 20*monthly for their sites and thus they "only" need to make 100 sites at $10/month Adsense income.

It's kind of what I'm planning to do at the moment, push out 100 sites a month, rank them and bank $10k a month as I have no reputation at Flippa yet.

I know a girl who makes a few grand a week just taking her cloths off... sure anything is possible. Just comes down to how creative, resourceful and the energy you put into something.

Domains sell everyday, so it is a matter of finding the gems. Outsource the content creation and backlinking. You might have to wait a few weeks to let google eat it up and then put on Flippa. Repeat the process, you will need to have quite a few of these little projects going at the same time and at different progress levels, basically building inventory.

Yes it is possible to make that amount of money & there are even people on flippa who are making more then that on a constant basis.But like any other successful business you need to build a community & earn others trust on the niche you are trying to dominate.If you are looking to make that much straight away then you will never even gonna get close to what he is making.Start by selling small website,make small profit,build a good relationship with your clients,give them more then what they paid for your service or website & always always treat your client professionally.Now a days i see many people coming in different types of online business just to make quick bucks not to make & maintain a good relationship with their buyers & most of the people i dealt with recently has a very bad customer service.this is not a good way to build a good business.I remember early in here when i purchased many products form some famous IM & no matter how small their product or service fee was whenever i needed help they were always there to help me.You guys should follow those IM & how they treat their customers.

It is very possible, depending on how many sites you can make every month. As for niche go, just anything that interests you and people are willing to pay for it. Check some of flippa listings for more ideas.
