The size of the site has nothing to do with the amount of PR it has. PR comes through backlinks to the website, so the size of the site is not related at all. Keep in mind that the PR may be faked.

In my opinion "thin content" means numerous pages with no real textual content on them. That phrase wouldn't apply here because the 1 page on the site does have a lot of content.

That just shows how huge the traffic carlscoupons.com is getting from those backlinks. No matter how few the pages are in your website, no matter how short the content is in your article, it's the traffic that will drive you towards that high PR.

It's a faked PR. Alot of the PR checkers aren't detecting all fake PR these days.

carlscoupons dot com used to have a domain redirect to carlsjr dot com, which is a valid PR6 site.

The redirect was removed and voila a PR6 for you.

A tip off is always...if it's too good to be true...

I can't think of a single PR checker I use that can't be fooled. If
ya got one, share it.

Google could stop the fake PR by having their own PR checker. But
they won't. It could open up some of their secret stuff, and they
are not going to do that.

That is what I was wondering because looking at the site and the stats, there is no indication that the website is even ranked at all, likely in the very near future it will be an NA, cheaters never win, LOL

A few pr6+ links with minimum OL and it's done. But can be this site profitable? I have experience that one pr6 link with 0-2 OL costs around $50 per month so...

I did a backlinks checker at iwebtool and it came up with zero links.

Sure enough, PR is 6!

Must be something fishy, the Page title says nothing and there's no Meta Description, so I don't know how it could even be indexed by Google.:

Did a redirect
Waited for the PR update
Removed the redirect to fool anyone doing a info:domain search on Google
