Hey

#1
Lets say you create a listing on google places for dentist London. But you are not actually a denist, you are the SEO guy. I wonder how can you get people to sign or give their phone number when they easily can see that you are not a denist. Ask as I wonder if I can setup such a site and contact a local company and say something like "Hey, I have 20 customers each day that I cannot handle, are you interested in them?" Then offer them for lets say $100 per day.

    1. I've done that, I still do. But I do it for my dealerships, insteading of buying customers for $20/lead, I have a ton of micro sites setup to capture customer information. Each lead costs me pennies now, since I own all of the platforms. Each customer sold nets me a $2K profit, so the ROI is fantastic. ps. My guide covers it in the link in my sig. How do you rank locally? Lots of factors, do regular SEO it's pretty much the exact same, you just need to build local links on local news sites, do citations on sites like Manta.com, local cities in keywords and on-page, get a google plus page, normal social stuff, etc.

Yes, there are all sorts of ways you can sell that kind of information. And depending on your niche, you can sell each costumer's information for quite a bit of money.

Ranking local keywords is pretty much the same as ranking any other type of keyword. Just write good content, optimize it, and make a few high quality backlinks.

The harder I work, the luckier I get.
