Hey everybody,

I handle a major account with a $7,000 budget. Even scarier, i'm a beginner in adwords.

Here's my dilemma: I have some really nice keywords that have a good CTR% but are around $.80-$1.00 CPC.

I have other keywords that i have on display networks that have a really low CTR (.04-.08) but lower CPC.

All of these keywords have no problem reaching their adgroups daily budget.

Should you go with the more efficient keywords or go with the cheaper CPC's because even with a higher budget, you can still get the clicks and fill the budget.

Keep in mind my goal is to use up this budget while getting the most clicks.

Personally, i'm going the more efficient route (weighing CPC costs and CTR. I divide CTR by CPC and arrive at a single number that I use to judge the efficiency of an adgroup). I then allocate my budget proportionally to the most efficient keywords. Is this a good method?

Have you told that to the people who own the $7000?

it is really a scarier but no problem if your client have no problem.

If your target is getting more clicks then go wider with keywords.
