Proxy service for Long Tail Pro

does anyone use a proxy service to avoid google ip bans when using LTP? I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to search more than a few times an hour.

    Are you looking for private proxies or public proxies?
    Private ones are bit expensive than public ones.

        It does matters alot man, Private proxies are much faster in speed rather than public ones. So it depends on you, but i prefer you to choose public proxies. Because you've an option to add fresh ones into your software if previous proxies got banned. Private proxy providers offer only 1 time replace with fresh proxies once in a month.

          i'm not asking for public vs private - doesn't matter to me which one. i'm asking if anyone has used Long tail pro with a proxy service and how it worked for them.

    Wouldn't you want to try a keyword tool that doesn't require you to mess with proxies and could search thru hundreds of thousands keywords per second, unlike those desktop keyword tools?

    I've been using LTP for a long time now without any issues of ip banning. I wouldn't say I'm a power user either though but I use it quite a bit. I use other keyword tools that are web based (GKT) etc...also which makes my use of LTP less intensive.

    Mike Friedman has a link in his signature to his site that has info on tools he recommends and I think there is a proxy service he uses which, if I remember correctly was pretty reasonable.
