Do some more offpage for your video url.like social bookmarking etc.

You do SEO for videos pretty much the same as you'd do with a website/article. Make sure the title and first sentence of your video's description contains your keywords, then backlink accordingly.

You might also want to try a site called view2.be (google it) which is like a traffic exchange. Of course, that's got nothing to do with SEO but it'll get you a few views.

You should used facebook, twitter and linkedin for video visitors. Create account there and makes strong profile and friend list, submit video or video url there. Thanks

Getting traffic for Youtube is easy. If you are not getting good views then you must be doing something wrong.

Here is how I go about optimizing Youtube videos.
Make sure you include your keyword in the Channel name, Title description, keywords.
Make a good description and use your keyword as many times as possible. Include related keywords. Scrap some tags from popular vidoes. See their description how they are doing it. Now upload it. Get some initial views to get it going like 500. Buy it use a free service anything. I always give my videos a nice push before they start making me money and people start seeing them.

Youtube is a great source of traffic. You just need to learn how to harness it properly for your benefits.
