Hi guys,
These are the techniques I am using for SEO but not getting the desired results. Please suggest which technique should be given more importance?
  • Article submission
  • Forum Posting
  • Blog commenting
  • Blog Writing
  • Directory Submission
  • Social Bookmarking
One more thing please suggests is there any limit of postings? I think now SEO results are like hit and Trial.
Members please give your valuable suggestions.
Thanks

SEO is not hit and trial, buying SEO servies is hit and trial.. You need a solid game plan that will produce ROI and results for almost all circumstances. You are missing a bunch of link types in your posts, from both threads.. Just doing those is not diverse enough. Building those backlinks alone won't produce enough results, I know I've tired it before! Do you even know what tiers are?, Don't focus on just backlink types.

Build quality and relevant links in the form of content (guest post). Create a good link wheel with unique and informative content for your website with targeted keywords.

Something people like and link to naturally is the best method. So a good article, a helpful video or an interesting forum will make others link to it, saving you the work.

This entirely depends on the competition of your keyword. If your competition is easy, you'll rank with few links, but if its hard you need more high quality backlinks for yoru site

There's a method behind the madness, something SEO guys won't easily share unless you're a customer. That's the sad truth. Don't just listen to what everyone's telling you on here, 99% of them have had no success in SEO whatsoever.

Here's a few well-known tips that are actually true:
    1. Do proper keyword research (use market samurai)
    2. Use various LSI keywords together with your main words/phrases
    3. Be careful with automation tools and don't leave footprints (most common cause for this is being too lazy to spin articles/profiles/texts/comments well)
    4. Keep track of what you do and when you do it.
    5. Keep track of SERP increases/decreases (refer to #4 above).

And so on and so on and so on...

Ya totally agree with you but I believe still some of them are still ready to guide you in the right direction. So I hope for the best. What do you say?

      • Try to create a marketing plan that includes each of the strategies listed. Determine the exact steps to implement these strategies. These techniques work, but you have to be consistent. You can also include guest posting, press release submission, and classified ads posting in your marketing plan.

It is important matter what technique is using to establish yourself as someone that is delivering high-quality and unique content. You will need to interact with the community in which you are distributing content in order to establish respectful consists stable footing in the community. Doing this will ensure that your content is not removed.

So it is not necessarily about which techniques should be focusing on rather it should be on how your implementing the technique itself. That being said I get great results by distributing my time on document sharing sites.

Personally I think it is hit and miss as you learn to establish your own desired strategy and how you wish to increase the traffic to your site. I say that because there are people that spend over 500 dollars to do SEO, some spend 5 dollars, some do it themselves, some like document sites, some like comments, some like web 2.0. There simply is no one way to do it, you need to find what works for you and your skill set. In this day in age it is far more challenging because of the penalties that can be imposed if you go overboard. I love it and find it more exciting then any game I ever played.
