I seen most of the SEO team using still ArticleRanks.com to raise their ranking and backlinks.. after penguin.. is this still effective.. i already knows most of the private network is already banned by google.. please let me know your response and experience.

with the help of article marketing you can get good traffic, but you have to follow some tricks to submit your article on article directories

I think that, after penguin updates Article rank not beneficial for us as past. So only focus to creating high quality links using guest blogging.
