Most efficient WP theme for SEO and CTR?

Hi,

I saw a ton of WP themes supposed to boost the CTR and the SEO, but I'm not sure which is the best.
Like with any WSO, it's always hard to know what really works and what is a waste of money.

What theme do you use for your adsense blogs?
Which one would you recommend?

PS: I have a hard time trusting reviews, as they are often exchanged for review copies. I bought many WSO with amazing reviews, only to discover the product was complete bulls**t. I think asking an honest opinion to people who have the experience is a better way to go.

PPS: here are a few I found:

I would recommend you adsense pro ultimate. You'll see a lot of webmasters using and recommending this theme (see this thread).

I have recently started using adsense pro ultimate on my sites and the click through rate has skyrocketed as well as my income! My ctr is around 5-7%

Maybe you need to tweak more your ads placement. I'm not using Adsense Pro Ultimate but I still get 15-20% CTR. Maybe the niche also is the difference why I'm getting these CTR.

I know how to make my own custom themes - it's a pain, but it is great to be able to customize layouts to test out what works better etc. I've found in every single site I've made that the the top ad on the right side gets the most clicks - even more that an ad at the very top. I don't know if this is true for everybody else, but it has been the same pattern for every site I've made...

You are probably right about that, some niches have higher CTR than others. I am still going through the learning curve. Hopefully, one day I would reach 15%+ CTR

Heatmap theme + customization. Won't work 100% on it's own, but still gets the job done.

I can do extremely well with the default WP theme and a little added customization here's a small example

Google Nexus 7 Review | ZTech

It actually converts best for me! But I am a fan of CTR theme as well

Why did you install Wordpress for a single static web page?

Nonono people. When will you learn?

All those "themes" are absolute crap with a massive footprint ready to be looked at. There is absolutely nothing special about those themes except that they have options to easily incorporate ads, in other words - made for adsense and as I am sure we are all aware Google isn't a huge fan of "Made for Adsense".

Besides, those themes look like crap. Get yourself a good theme and implement the adsense banners into the site yourself.

Good point Capbell, but what would you suggest as a "good theme?"
