No, not really.
If you have links they'll find you. My experience is that Bing reacts to everything you do slower.

I've always submitted urls to Yahoo and Bing just to be sure. I believe you'll get indexed before long if you have links coming in from places like Digg, Twitter, etc., which constantly get crawled by bots.

I think so. You MUST submit to bing webmaster tool if you want get indexed. It will be indexed faster.

If you have relevant and high PR links, Yahoo will find you.

Follow the steps to get indexed in Bing:

1. Visit Bing.com
2. Enter "site:mysite.com"
3. If mysite.com is not indexed, submit your URL to Bing by clicking the link at the bottom of the result page.
4. Check again after 3-5 days. Your site should have been indexed.
