Could somebody give me a detailed low-down on what an RSS feed actually is? I've had a look round, yet I cant really find a difinitive answer. Basically...why does my site need an RSS feed?

RSS feeds benefits the website because it syndicates your websites content. It allows visitors to subscribe to your website and lets the visitor know when you update your site. It also allows you to submit you rss feed to other sites to bring you more traffic/sales.

Do RSS feeds help affiliate review sites?

Would that be against Amazons TOS to have someone syndicate your review with link?
