Hello Warrior Forum and Warrior guys.
I have a really strange problem.
My competitor has 3400 dofollow backlinks.
For each post it have 200 dofollow backlinks. Not 201, not 199, exact 200.
After researhing how he made this, i found his secret.
He have another website, thebestcheat.com . He added a RSS feed with his main website on thebestcheat.com
All 3400 dofollow backlinks are from thebestcheat.com . You can check this on ahrefs.com
I also have two blogs. One blogger and one wordpress.
I tried to do the same thing. I added on my wordpress blog the same thing, that RSS Feed, but i didn`t receive any backlink till now to my blogger website.
Why? What my competitor do ? Can you explain ? And how can i do the same thing?

Google only counts 1 backlink per domain, not 3400.

Google counts the HIGHEST PR backlink on a domain. Not the 3,400 PR0 links. Sitewide links are useless, footer links are useless.

If anything, he's showing Google that he's trying to cheat the SERPS. Report him.

Look, I will spell it out.

            HIS CONTENT IS BETTER.

            HIS ON-PAGE SEO IS BETTER.

            HIS LAYOUT IS BETTER.

            HIS WHOLE WEBSITE IS BETTER.

Just because he has 3,400 backlinks from ONE domain means NOTHING. He has ONE backlink, not 3,400. AHREFS IS NOT GOOGLE.

Go and improve your on-page SEO and build real quality backlinks. Give it a few months and see if you're doing better.

It doesn't count as one backlink. Where are you getting that information?

Sure it's a single domain linking to him so if Google checks how many domains are linked to his site, it'll be 1.

But those are 3400 individual pages, each with their own specific PR and link profile. Every link counts.

They are not good to have at all. That is 3400 links on 3400 pages with 3400 identical anchor texts.

3 good sitewide (blogroll) links got me to PR4 in 30 days with a brand new domain. I wouldn't discount them so quickly...

It wasn't the sitewide links that gave you a PR4, but individual high PR pages contained in that domain that did.

And your PR4 link profile would be a lot stronger if you only had the links from those pages and not every single page.

      That's not true at all.

Their is a diminishing level of return having lots of backlinks from the same domain, but they still count. He certainly is not getting the same benefit he would if he had 3400 links from 3400 different domains. But search engines do not count that as 1 link.

this isn't a technique you want to be emulating in the first place. Spend your time getting like 10 links from each domain, and then move on to the next. 3400 links from 1 site probably looks pretty spammy to google. If you're going to get thousands of PR0 links, you might as well get them from as many different domains as possible, to increase their value.
