How I Will Make An Extra $30K+ This Year!

I wanted to share with you guys how I will make an extra $30k + this year online.

What I am about to share with you is what is working for me at this moment. Always make your own judgement.

Ok let start.

1) Go to flippa.com

2) Click on just sold

3) We are looking for sites that are making over $1500 per month and are at least 6 to 12 months old

4) Make sure that the owner uploaded all the proof (Google analytic, earnings etc..)

5) Go to seo majestic or backlink watch and check for backlinks. Now we have all the info in regards to the backlinks ( do follow, edu, gov, web 2.0, blog commenting etc) so we can create similar backlinks to our site.

6) Visit the site study the format and structure, the kw's he/she is using etc

All we do is leveraging an already successful website, without off course coping exactly the website, we are targeting the same or similar kw's. So how can we make $30k from this, very simple, with all the information we have about the niche, kw's and possible earnings we create a similar site and then we flip it for profit. Now a we all know that you can sell a site on flippa for 5 to 10 times the monthly earnings.

I am already working in 4 projects by following the above steps.
