What are its advantages and disadvantages.

    Squidoo would never accept them as the lenses in Squidoo are supposed to be original.

    There are no advantages since you can't do it, period. Your lens will get flagged and locked faster than you can say 'darn!'.

    Even if you able to get accepted on Squidoo for those articles, it will only harm your website ranking. Also Squidoo is very strict on duplicate content issue, so there is very little chance that your article will be published in Squidoo.
