Market Samurai not working??

It's been some time since I fired up Market Samurai, however I opened it today, installed the latest update and proceeded to do some keyword research.

What I found is that SEOTC, SEOUC, AWCPC, and SEOV are all empty and do not return information. There may be more missing stats as well however these are the only four I'm concerned with.

Is this working properly for anyone?

    I was using it within the past hour with no issues. I was able to generate information AWCPC and the SEOTC with no problem. If you're not familiar with how it works, don't forget that you need to click the Analyze Keywords button after selecting or changing any of the research tools. On the other hand, if you're used to how it works and it is giving you problems, contact their support.

    I checked mine as well, seems fine. Check your firewall perhaps?

      While I don't like MS that much, it does have some features that I use regularly. And there were some weird things going on for about an hour yesterday - Sunday - afternoon (EST anyway).

      And yes, whole columns were showing up blank for me too, but since they were irrelevant to what I was doing I just carried on and ignored it. So I can't really confirm what data was missing, I just know that some was.

    Have you tried the Rank Tracker? It only runs once a week and you have to pay based on how many keywords you use- yet there was no mention of ongoing fees when many of us bought it. The old version worked on demand with whatever keywords you supplied.

    I would never buy anything more from people who pull a bait and switch like that.

    I opened my Market Samurai today, updated Adobe Air and Market Samurai and when I search for a particular keyword I get absolutely no results. It's completely blank. Have they gone to a pay-monthly service or something?

    I'm using it as we speak and not experiencing any problem... Had the same result with blank columns a couple hours ago too though. Re-try now, everything should be working fine.

    close that keyword window and readd the keyword then redo the search. it should work then

    Market Samurai is not showing the right ranking... it can't follow the algorithm of Google.. They need to fix it. Their ranking s**ks

    i opened it today and its not working for me as well ( australia)

    My rank tracker project nor showing and many other columns not loading ..just did an update before this happened

      My MS hasn't worked right for atleast 3 or 4 days. It gets stuck on "fetching Google Keyword Planner Data". It just hangs there but the program isn't frozen because I can still cancel out of the operation.
      I don't get it.

        I think some behind the scene changes are happening over at Google and the tool will take a while to adapt.

    The same thing happened with me. I wasn't able to generate "Analyze Keywords" report. So I contacted MS support. And they fixed it for me. You need to send your bug report to them. I use Mac. This is what the support staff told me to do:

    MAC OS X
    ---------------
    1) Close Market Samurai
    2) Open Market Samurai
    3) Go to the Market Samurai menu, then to 'Preferences', then to the tab labelled 'Debugging'.
    4) Make sure there is a check in the box next to 'Log Extended Debugging information'. If there is not, please check the box.
    5) Use Market Samurai as normal until you encounter your issue.
    6) Once you have received the error message and or experienced your issue, go back to the 'Debugging' menu
    7) Click on 'Upload Extended Debugging information'
    8) A 'Please Wait' message will appear while the debug log is uploaded.
    9) Once completed, another message will popup with a debug log number - please take note of this number and send it through to me so I can locate your log on our system.

    I had some issues with it earlier this morning when checking the rankings, but it's all back to normal now. Try firing it up again and see what happens...
