Iwriter for me for ok-ish quality. You must hand out the exact things you expect to see in the review, otherwise you'll end up with low quality articles. Finding a good writer is not an easy task. I usually hang out forums and see who posts frequently amazing content in my niches and I hire them.

Another good choice are journalism students. If you can find some, they write amazing articles and it costs very little compared to the value provided. They want to get their names out there, so it's a win win.

The higher you pay for an article, the greater the quality in the end.

You can search for writers on freelance bidding sites, use Fiverr, or contact those who offer these services on forums like Digital Point, WAHM, Warrior Forum, etc. You may also use the services of a SEO company or hire a virtual assistant.
