I have used/using different urls with Anchor texts with their title
Example : if my url has an article post "Sample evaluation letter" then i am using the same.

Like that i did experiment with 10 different urls.

It all really depends on your niche market and competition strength. Every market and website is different. Not all SEO strategies will work for everyone. My best advice is to do a whole lot of split testing until you find what works for you.

Alternatively, to save time, invest in an SEO service.

All the tactics you followed for link building are extremely useful. I wonder why you still need to worry for your site ranking. Don't waste your time to find multiple resources but focus on the things which you are doing right now or You can also create a blog if you naturally want to attract links to your site. Just make it easy for the people to link you.

The major problem one faces when raking the website is lack of on page activities and quality link building activities. This issues if done properly can help attain good ranking and increase in SERP ranking.

  If you are doing all the backlink creation activities and still facing the problems with your ranking then you might be not working in right direction. Because the ranking cannot be attained just by working but do in right direction. Do link building with high quality websites and create backlinks in natural way to avoid the ranking problems.

keep on building social bookmarks. They are a steady signal and can improve your rankings and diversify your anchor texts easily. While you are spreading them try a web 2.0 campaign with a well spun readable article. That should let you jump some spots.
