What wordpress theme is this? Photoblogging for Adsense

I want to know what theme this guy is using and whether or not the way he is putting up his adsense ads is against googles TOS. He has these arrows wrapped around the images and part of one ad and it seems like he is on a fine line with going against googles TOS.

WTF. Lets hope they don

Yes I did that before, the source code. Can't find ProCrew v2 anywhere? So I assume it's a custom theme the guy paid for. I am wondering though if the arrows graphic wrapped around the image is a plugin I can download somewhere or part of the theme?
