For something being run on Google?

'm running a campaign for my office whereby I give $200 off my normal rate if they drive a certain distance to see me. Most patients won't drive further than 5-10 miles to see a specialist.
This is landing page. Ingrown Toenail
These are my ads:

As you can see, I haven't got a single click. Do you think the destination URL is hurting me? No mention of doctor? I need help because I think the concept is good, but obviously the execution sucks.

    Hi ToddieM,

I can't speak for other folks but I wouldn't want an ingrown toenail no matter how cheap it is. I don't want an infected toenail even if I save $200.

The point I'm trying to make is that you seriously need to rewrite these ads.
    try something like:

    Ingrown toenail?
    Get fast permanent relief
    Call Today for advanced treatment
    www.FootDoctor.com/ingrown

Pitch the discount on your offer page, not in the ad text. People with ingrown toenails are motivated by pain relief not discounts.

Definitely register a more appropriate domain name and point it at the website. I doubt anyone is likely to click on that domain name for this purpose.

Agree with everything dburk says and also looking at your landing page I was left wondering what it is all about. Initially I thought it was something to do with saving gas or something driving related anyway.

If you did get a click through you should change your landing page drastically. Make it obvious from the header graphic and headline what it is you are offering. Focus on what the actual offer is about. You are offering the visitor some immediate relief from an ingrown toenail. Where is the close framed picture of the bad toe with an agonised look on that persons face? Where is the headline telling me I can get immediate relief from my toe pain by taking up your offer? My advise is put yourself in the position of your prospective customers..

        Guys:
Totally agree on the domain thing.
Don't know what I was thinking. Going to my office website has to improve the CTR dramatically.
        Used your ad verbatim, DBurk...
I had a whopping 0.25% CTR prior to making these changes.
I'll let you guys know in a week how it pans out.
